Site Preparation
Summers-Taylor is a full-service site preparation contractor, currently serving Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina. We have the equipment and know-how to take any parcel of land and turn it into a fully functioning property – clearing the land, completing all earthwork and paving (both asphalt and concrete), installing storm drainage and utilities, pouring concrete flatwork, and constructing bridges and retaining walls.
Due to our computerized estimating capabilities and years of experience, we collaborate with clients during the design stage to help them create workable, cost-effective plans. After a project gets under way, representatives of our supervisory team join your own construction crew – to ensure the work gets done on time, within budget!
We also manufacture our own asphalt and concrete, which means we can truly serve as your one-stop contractor to meet all your site construction needs.
